Conducts informative and motivating sales meetings. Works as a resource to assist agents with contract negotiation & oversees client relations. 

Responsible for managing strategic growth and recruiting. Recruits and hires both new and experienced sales associates. Seeks out new markets for growth and business development. Works with the leadership team to create, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives within the company.

Enters and maintains listings in MLS systems as well as C21 Coastal’s internal database. Inputs property ad copy and uploads property photos. Maintains files of all company listings. Manages Lockboxes and orders signs up and downs.  Assists with administrative projects to include strategic growth tasks as well as day-to-day activities including scheduling coaching, coordinating events, and guiding agents through orientation and training.
